  both Sinclair joysticks ride it.

  U I O P and Sinclair keys 1-5 are player 2.

Menus: lean back / lean forward move the selection, accelerate or nitro

Kempston is detected automatically and is for player 1 only.

THE GAME
--------
SOLO
One rider against the clock. Reach the finish inside the qualifying
time to move on to the next course. Your best time on each course is
    kept as the course record.

VS COMPUTER
The same race with a computer-controlled rider on the track. Beating
it is satisfying, but what counts is still the qualifying time.

VS 2-PLAYER
Two players on a split screen, player 1 above and player 2 below.
    First past the finish wins.

Courses and levels
There are eight courses, each harder than the last, and three levels,
A, B and C, with a shorter time limit at each level. Choose the course
and the level before the race. After course 8 the game moves on to
course 1 of the next level; after course 8 of level C the game ends.
The computer rider is a different opponent at each level.

Records and chosen keys are kept only while the game is in memory.

THINGS TO PICK UP
-----------------
Ride through these to collect them:

Nitro The "N" canisters. Each one is a burst of speed, used with
            the nitro key.
Top speed Raises your top speed. A few of them fill the speedometer.
Tyres More grip: you no longer slide or lose speed on slopes.
"TIRE" is shown on the status bar while you have them.
Time Ten more seconds on the clock.

Hidden items (nothing is shown on the track; flip the bike in the air at
the right place to find them):

Jet Lets you use nitro in the air as well as on the ground.
Mini bikers One to three small riders who follow along behind you.

The status bar shows your speed, your nitro and the time left.

RIDING
------
- Lean back on the ground to lift the front wheel. It helps you over
rocks, especially together with nitro, but overdo it and you fall.
- In the air, lean back and forward to turn the bike, and try to land on
  the wheels.
- What stands in your way: loops (single, double and on the ceiling),
gaps and bumps of every size, soft ground that slows you down, rows of
small jumps to be taken one after another, rocks, bowls, and ramps,
  some of them in mid-air.

Falling costs time, and any mini bikers behind you are lost.
